    Punisher, 85 Thor, 85 Wolverine. Just had to be lucky and hoped Rag didn't get off a thunderclap. Managed to do it. And wolvie absorbed a headbutt (and survived the rest of the battle).

    I'm a lurker. I don't post a lot because I'd just rather read what people have to say, but every once in a while I'll get in the mood to speak out. I've been following the boards since EP1, and i like guessing/speculating where the jumps in points will occur. If III/TLP wern't so hard, the points would be up in the higher 48k lower 49k, maybe possibly the top few being just a hair over 50k.

    I actually had an easier time in these two than the hardest mission in the last set. But I guess I was just getting really bad boards then.
    Spidey stun definitely carried me through this one though.

    Two for two on the last one with 75 Magneto, 85 Wolverine, 40 Punisher. Time-consuming. Kind of fun to really have to consider every move for a change.

    85 Wolvie / 65 Spidey / 30 Punisher

    Got Rags to like 3500 HP and then shot him in the face with Punisher. Then I just whittled down Moonstone with the strike tile damage (matching greens as often as possible for an extra Feral whack; even when all the reds have strikes, it's still a quick 1100 damage) and with one left and a 5 Blue on Spidey it became a joke.

    Oh. And boosts. Rainbow AP/ RY AP / BP AP.

    Also, these two missions end 12 hours before the actual Hulk mission ends. I expect one or two more missions on the main map to clean this up. 50k shouldn't be too far out of reach.

    I swapped to Spidey this time from the tendency for the 247 rags or juggs 1 shotting my front man from a ridiculous cascade. I think I was 0/3 on them last round. No problem with Spidey though, just boring.

    Just noticed Juggernaut has higher match damage than Ragnarok. Where's Zathrus? Tell the devs 3*s need a buff icon_twisted.gif

    Man, is this even completeable without boosts and spidey or an equal/near equal stun machine? Tried it with thor/wolvie/lvl 20 punisher (moved a lvl 35 wolvie to 80 during the event). Only took moonstone/juggs out and had ragnarok @ about 90% hp. Once wolverine goes down the whole round goes to tinykitty. My spidey is 4 ap blue so I am not sure he is even helpful enough to warrant a spot over thor. Not sure its worth the effort to complete it..though I oddly want to see the end dialogue more than anything lol. I have a 3/3/4 lvl 84 magneto. Should I try him in the third slot? I don't know if he can do the damage necessary to warrant his use though since I don't have 4+ points in blue yet.

    Edit: tried with my lvl 60 1/3/4 spidey and I got it on the second try. Not sure its worth repeating. Would have been first try but juggernaut decided that he could match 3 black vertically and have 2 consecutive sets of 3 red drop. Nearly suicides with his headbutt though (not sure if headbutt suicide advantage always goes to jugg or to you as i know I've ended matches offensively using jug headbutt and dying..and I got the win). Also the second to last one isn't bad at all...BUT I do have to start it with boosts with thor/wolvie.

    I did The Last Piece with Wolverine 70ish / Cap 69 / Punisher 41 and a hell of a lot of boosts and luck, on my second try. I suspect I won't succeed again.

    Wolverine is the end all be all of this event due to his tiles. If you can accumulate greens/blue while blocking or taking reds you should be good is how I feel. Kill order of rag/jugg/moonstone. Rag should be killed with a high lvl wolverine by about turn 5-8. You have to be very concious of how big a cascade YOU make as well as how big a cascade they make as the bigger your cascade the higher the chance you have of accidentally opening up the table for the AI to get red. Leaving a 4 match of a random color like yellow is better than taking the 4 match and letting.the machine grab a 3 match of red. A bit if tike luck to start sure helps though. At this point I could expensively grind it but I don't think it is worth the effort atm since there is still some last few hours sub event that will happen..which is odd and therefore might be something in a new format.

    Also, does punisher @41 make any difference? I really just use him to take a headbutt and die lol.

    I tried this level once and lost so badly that I decided not to burn health packs and boosts trying to grind it out.

    40 punisher / 112 spidey / 129 black widow grey suit
    must use all color ap + blue/purple ap just to make sure easy win

    Especially Ragnarok. It's not fair that he can't do 6.5k in damage for 6 AP like Juggie can!

    Woke up and did the final mission again with Hood/Punisher/Wolvie. Now 3 for 3. Only one unstoppable crash and one warp from Moonstone the entire time, and no boosts (was an accident). Really not as bad as I thought this mission would end up.

    Beaten it with max level Punisher, Spidey and Wolvie, but also had my **** kicked when the comp got an insane combo with the first match. Jumped back in and they hit another insane combo off the bat - retreat! A real challenge this one, the opening moves are even more crucial than usual.

    Nevada lll I farm pretty easily with no boosts or nothin.
    I tried last piece 1 time so far. Lvl 69 wolvie lvl 56 (3ap blue) spidey and a 15 punisher. On the 2nd turn rag made a 3 match which turned into 2 red match 5's and a few other ridiculous matches. Haha.

    Spidey died immediately and I pressed retreat.
