Can we give D3 some props?

After what has felt like a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride at times, I gotta say the Devs at D3 have really turned things around. I'm excited to play this game again. Like really excited. I like the new game modes. I like the improvements they've made to characters . Hopefully they keep it up. Buffs to and would be nice. But I also like that it feels like they are listening to us. We're getting new things. They're not always great, but they're new and they're fun to try out. The not great events I feel are leading to better events. Also, the addition of the community manager I think has been a GIGANTIC leap forward. Mr. Hi-Fi is well worth it. I'm very happy he's here. So props D3. Mad props and keep it up. I may be disappointed again, but I won't be mad. I'll know it's just a learning step. Thanks!

I think they've done a good job tinkering with underused characyers, expanding the 3* prizes for PvP, and adding this Gauntlet Mode. Good on you, d3.0

New game mode: Gauntlet. I love the playstyle. No ranks, just "if you can beat these nodes you get these prizes".
Recent character changes are an improvement, and Colossus looks to be at least somewhat useful, along with unique color combination.
Good job D3, have a cookie.

squirrel85 asked for an event called The Gauntlet, and they delivered in just 3 days.
I asked for and they delivered in just 1 day.
Demiurge_Will answered some event questions in a post less than an hour ago.
The latest round of balancing was quite good.0 -
They're clearly doing a much better job responding and communicating, with the exception of a few key issues (tokens?). I'm thrilled by the new PVE format.0

Thanks for the thread and positivity.
We're certainly trying to improve on communication and reaction time. Thanks everyone for your passion and comments!0 -

Demiurge/D3, the new PvE format is insta-classic. Lots of love.
Please spread some love to the colour purple (severely underrepresented in the 3* land).0 -
Semi-unique color combination then.0

Props, the past couple of releases/changes have been eons above what you guys have been putting out in the past. For once you actually gave us a slew of good content without anything tarnishing that.0
-
Absolutely! Great job, devs! I hope the work has been rewarding.
I think one thing that went really well was the release of several character changes simultaneously, particularly knowing that players would consider some to be "buffs". I think everyone could find something positive in the release to get excited about. That was a smart move.
If you ever balance ability costs, I think it should similarly be done in one go, even if that means we have to wait for it.0 -
Since the beginning of September, I keep on thinking the gloomy and horrible days of August are history.
I think my patience paid off, and I enjoy the game more than ever.
Things can be improved, but I am confident things go on the right path.
It was long, but better late than never.
I've been criticizing you guys for months, but you finally started to listen. And the results are positive.
FOR THAT : THANK YOU.
Just one thing : I don't mind if some characters are not really good in PvP. But just like Magic the Gathering, you could release some characters who interact with others, to counter their abilities.
How to counter Doom's tiles ? Counter Sentry's World Rupture ? Things like that. It would make the new characters useful and appealing. Increased incomes for you. Many characters are too "independent".0 -
I think an easy way would be to release character's with powers similar to Captain Marvel. Eat's all sheild tiles really puts certain characters in their place. Eats all attack tiles would be the same bane to Doom and eats all Countdown Tiles an effective counter to Sentry. As long as, similar to Captain Marvel, it does some damage along with the ability, they wouldn't be under powered overall, but great niche characters for certain scenarios.0

I love the Gauntlet. Best thing D3 has done in forever.
Just get rid of Team Ups and this game would be back in business!0 -
Lol I was about to come on a and write this post, huzzah for the gauntlet, finish when you want, good vs evil! D3 do care0
-
Completely agree, love the character changes. The Gauntlet is an amazing new game mode. Colossus has some interesting potential after the let down that was Beast.
Now just fix tokens, please.0 -
What would be awesome, it to create a team of characters who could counter the special tiles. One character for each type maybe ? Captain Marvel is the first one.
Or better even : a character who could destroy all types, but you have to choose one before you trigger the ability.0 -

There are already characters that counter special tiles already, Captain marvel is certain not the first one. Loki counter both strike and defensive tiles. OBW counter all countdown tiles. We just need a character that counter attack tile. Some think like convert all attack to your favor would be nice.0 -
Just adding some props! Before r60 I really dreaded the nerf, being a huge Patchneto junkie; but even I must admit they did not break the character (although his really should swap and , not and , and adjusting the damage based on pre-LevelShift numbers is just wrong). Other stuff liked improved communication on the forum and a new additional (right?) kind of PVE are also much appreciated.0

I gave them props by giving them some money a long time ago.0

Joking aside I like the frequent updates in the news section and better communication. I also appreciate the new type of events and funbalancing.
So have some props
You can choose anything you want the guy who works at d3.0 -
I agree that the latest patches have been really nice, the game is taking the right path for me again. The new game modes enable new combos and make us use characters that were forgotten. I love the variety of game modes.
To top it off they made wolve 4* usable even without all the covers for him, I'm 2/1/4 and finally managed to get some extra iso after selling my hawkeye to lvl wolvie to 140. Finally I can use something else apart from my punisher at 140 to top it off wolvie has always been one of my favorite marvel characters and the playstyle they gave him suits me quite well. Thanks for that
Keep up the good work guys0
