    So, with Captain Marvel...I really really appreciate that she's fully dressed. That's cool. I like the smirky look on her cover. I like the pose with her red skill. But I keep thinking...thinking....

    In fact, for most of the characters, their battle face when they are at the front of the team looks like they're ferociously squeezing out a giant log.
    Except She Hulk. She looks like...

    tldr but the two things I don't like about the UI is

    1: The powerball thingie looks too much like the TU tiles now.

    2: the bar that tells you how many blacks you have (that sounded terrible) just melts into the background. I sometimes have to swipe the screen to the right just to figure out how many is there.

    Oh btw. Punisher Retribution animation still scares me

    Oh hey this is a fun thread. Okay here we go.

    Favourite character artwork: Moonstone, because of reasons

    Least favourite character artwork: Probably She-Hulk. Her character select portrait sticks out the most for me. Not a fan of her weird goofy smile, and it doesn't really seem to fit her character. As Jennifer Walters, yeah, but not as She-Hulk.

    Favourite attack animation: Cap's shield throws. Love his pose and I like the arc that the shield flies off at. Looks awesome

    Least favourite attack animation: Grey Suit Black Widow's pistol. Seriously why the heck is she shooting her gun at the floor next to her feet? I know the artist is reusing the aggressive recon pose but come on

    Most satisfying attack animation: Punisher's Retribution. So satisfying to down someone with that animation

    Most disappointing attack animation: Black Panther's Rage of the Panther. For an attack that can take out the entire enemy team in one go, it doesn't have any impact at all. Other weaker moves look more dangerous than that

    Favourite UI design element: Token opening sequence. Was sceptical when it was beginning to be changed from the original animation but they have perfected it. I like how it gradually reveals information from rarity, character and then the actual power

    Least favourite UI design element: The top of the battle screen. I don't see any good reason why the total AP reserves can't be displayed on the screen at all time. It's really important gameplay information that shouldn't be hidden in the first place

    I hate Captain Marvel's art, she is really ugly, just give her back her real costume (the sexy one). And make her do some fitness, she is too fat at the moment.
    She-Hulk: not really good, you want her to do her attorney thing ?... so ok, but give her this costume:

    For Thor, storm etc, just gives a sexy art for their 3rd power, not just an hammer with rain or so sparks...

    1* Black Widow's "standing there" art is really quite bad. She doesn't even look human with those weird proportions. Something about her hips and super-thin legs and the weird stance + twist to her body just really seems ...off. Her "angry shout from the side of the screen" is fine. Original Black Widow looks more like a human but she and most women tend to have excessively thin legs. I don't think Storm could actually walk.

    Ms. Marvel also tends to look really weird. I like her costume but yeah, her face always seems strange. Moonstone looks really good, though.

    I agree that 3* Thor looks pretty awesome. 2* Thor is pretty cool, too, although he (and Ares and a lot of the bigger guys) has a weird vein problem. icon_e_smile.gif

    2* Cap looks GREAT. Probably one of the better poses.

    The worst in my opinion is Invisible Woman. She must have swapped powers with Mr. Fantastic because I don't think normal human body looks like this.
    In general I like art in MPQ. One of my friends on facebook plays Marvel:Avengers Alliance so I sometimes see notifications from that game with some character pictures and compared to mpq it looks like ****.

    I love all of 2* Cap's art and animations. Beast in his lab is probably my favorite piece in the whole game. As for attack animations, Punisher's Retribution is so satisfying when used to finish off someone like Sentry or Hulk that should typically have no business being put down with a single bullet. Juggernat's profile shot is pretty awesome.

    Bad art: naturally I have to echo Invisible Woman (her main pose) and all of Captain Marvel's art. Her hair looks flat and matted like it's dirty and stiff. And the original Nick Fury art was lackluster--I remember the day I logged on to see his new art and was pleasantly surprised. Nice decision there.

    Who is the artist? I've always wanted to see a full gallery of the MPQ art somewhere.

    Black Panther
    Fix his roster/team select pose. I get that you want to make it appear as though he's looking back over his shoulder in an attempt to hide the fact that it's the same torso art asset that's reused quite a bit (and the arms from Wolverine/Daken, if I'm not mistaken).

    Invisible Woman
    Dat neck.

    Black Widow
    In roster/team select, it does look as though a pistol has been shopped out of her hand. Maybe this needs a fix? Shop it back in? Change the hand?

    Captain Marvel
    Just everything. Chuck it all out and start again. 2/10 I know you can do better.

    Spider-Man
    Roster/Team Select. He just looks a bit off. Perhaps have him hanging upsidedown from a thread of webbing?

    My personal favorite goes to Iron Man design, so I'm curious about this unused art if it's better.

    Might have missed someone else mentioning it, but IM40 sound effects are like nails on a chalkboard to me. So screechingly sharp.

    Really like the crackle boom of MN Mags' Magnetic Flux. And Ares' Onslaught and Rampage. And all of the Wolverines. And the quick little bloop and thumbs up from Deadpool's Life of the Party. And the various Deadpool whales always makes me smile.

    Piling on the Capt Marvel constipated game face art.

    Also, is now a good time to point out Deadpool's whale, whale, whale in his pants, pants, pants? He's packing some serious ammunition.

    What boner man ? Her attorney costume is just great, and it would be great with her power which trades attack tiles with the ennemy.

    Nailed it. There was something about Colossus that seemed off to me and it clicked once you said it. The bracers also seem to visually shorten and widen his lower arms. He's got the wrist equivalent of cankles.

    There's also a pose that's slightly awkward to me, but I think the artist was referencing early 20th century soviet propaganda posters and murals. It seems a bit over stylized.
