Last run July 7-9 as part of Season III, Loki is back to mess up all your strike tile antics. And possibly trick you into leveling him.

For listening to his timeshare sales pitch, Loki will award the following:

Single Player Rewards

    I'm guessing Deadpool for 3* rewards, IW for 1300 progression, Xforce for 1st.

    Hoping for black X-Force at 1300. Or any Fury.
    Who would you work on rather, Fury or X-Force? X-Force seems to be quite more powerful, has slightly more health, true healing, is a cascade monster, but his colours are not rare at all, while Fury covers the rare blue and purple. My Fury is 1-3-2 (soon to be 1-4-2) and X-Force is 5-2-3 (soon to be 5-3-3). All quite theoretical since the ISO is definitely not there even if some covers are. Just want to know where my priorities should be.

    Personally, I'm more likely to work on X-Force, but that's because my X-Force is 3/5/4 (soon to be 3/5/5, hopefully eventually 5/5/3), 150th level, and at least usable already, while my Fury is 1/1/1 and soft capped at 78th level.

    Deadpool would be very welcome; considering they just ran Captain Marvel and Beast, the only other 3*s I need are Deadpool, Lazy Storm, and Hulk (that one black cover that I never seem to get). I'd agree that Deadpool seems likely; seems like he's due one.

    Unless you can run Xforce _and_ Fury, I'd concentrate on Xforce.

    Fury, XForce, CMags, now THAT is an annoying team...

    I would like either Deadpool or a Cmags, LDaken since they just made changes to both characters.

    They said we'd see the changed characters as rewards more frequently post-patch and I can't remember the last time LDaken took a turn in the rotation, so I'm betting on him.

    So does that mean they'll avoid a Falcon PVP AGAIN and we'll have an atypical PVP for the final event of the season?

    Falcon is ok. Need some covers, but twice in one short season is very odd. The reward covers have been disappointing.

    At least his yellow is the easiest to come by. Obviously I'd rather have another rank of blue than purple, but at least I'm not going to get stuck with a Bird Strike and nothing else.

    Holy ****, that's absolutely perfect for me! My Falcon is currently 3/5/3. All I need is top 100 (and top 50 for my alliance,) and my bird guy is done!

    Not that I'm planning on leveling him until I have a much larger pool of 3* characters, but it will be weird to have him my first 3* that is able to be maxxed - I have Hulk, Psylocke, and Torch all sitting at 12 covers.

    Sweet. I'll have a 4/5/4 Falcon after this event. All I need is just top 25 so I'm gonna hit this without shields.

    So then, honest question, are they actually going to run the Falcon tournament? He's actually been really fun in the simulator with even baby daken (don't have but 6 covers for 3*) and I was mad they glossed over his event for Balance of Power after they gave him out a week or two ago.

    My guess would be yes - I don't think they would award him as a prize for the second time this season otherwise. Looks like "Top Gun" will close out the season.

    Oh man, I forgot this was a shorter season! Gotta get on it in the Sim to boost my rank and hopefully reach over 7500 by the end. Post R60 though, I don't know when I'll have the healthpacks to churn out more than 4-5 matches at a time.

    I no longer need Falcon covers, but I was looking forward to playing Top Gun the time it didn't run, so this should be cool.

    Also, if the pattern holds, we'll have a Fury (purple maybe?) as the prize for 1st in the last PVP of the season. So yeah Top Gun should be ridiculous.

    I don't need Falcon's covers anymore, anyway this Loki's tournament will be an opportunity to try the Patch/Loki synergy that I don't use often because... well, maybe because I didn't invest iso in Loki! icon_lol.gif

    The PvPs of this 5th season haven't offered many covers that I need.
    One one hand it's sad because I wasn't very motivated. On the other hand it was nice to play more often with well-covered character and without worrying much for ranking icon_e_smile.gif

    Nice! I only need the one yellow cover to respec my Falcon to 5/5/3, so that should be pretty easy.

    Question is, who do I run in the Top Gun event? I used to go with Patchneto,but that won't work nearly as well anymore. Maybe I'll try Patch and Psylocke, seeing as how I just got her cover maxed after pulling a red from a Simulator token.
