    Have you contacted Customer Service directly yet? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? Something may have just went wrong with the update process.

    Hi folks,

    A few users were experiencing R60 patch installation issues with older Android devices.

    After investigating the problem, we received word that there was an unintended technical issue where devices with Android 2.2 or 2.3 were mistakenly blocked from installing and updating some apps on the Google Play store. Google pushed a fix and the issue should now be solved.
