Not a bad theory. But for what it's worth I was in an alliance previously with someone who had amassed one million ISO and he wasn't sandboxed. This was about six weeks ago so maybe something has changed since then.

I think it would be wise not to go pass 1 million ISO, so as not to get the focus from CS.

I don't see Twysta having enemies willing to ruin him, so it was not reported. I see that as automatic.

I have to admire the cajones on the devs.

They publically acknowledge that they need to do better on community relations. They claim they will make every effort to get better at communicating... Then they drop one of the most unpopular changes ever on the game, fire Nonce, sandbox Twysta, and take a month vacation with no word.

I got accidentally sandboxed once after a glitch caused me to get more HP than I'd paid for. CS was able to help me, but it is indeed a pain.
