My friend who was temporarily sandboxed had a duplicate charge go through his credit card when he bought hero points during the sale right before true healing was implemented. He never challenged the charge and never got a clear explanation why he was sandboxed without any warning. Not sure if any of that is relevant for your situation. Good luck!

In brief, you were kicked of your alliance but can still play every event ? You get progression rewards, match rewards... but of course, no Alliance rewards ?

I've already missed out on enough alliance rewards: and it doesn't seem like I'm going to get any of the ones I missed out on because of their mistake.
