Having a lot of tokens without enough HP for cover slots is the issue though. And note that you get the worthless Bagman, not the great 3* Spidey.

They changed the cost of cover slots - the first ones that cost HP are cheaper now, plus the very first ones cost ISO I think. I don't know how many you could get just from the Prologue though.

Was 3* Spider-Man a reward before all the rewards changed? I had mine at 1/1/1 for a while, I assumed he came from the Prologue.

There were a few chances in the first unstable ISO event, which is where I think the majority of people got him.

Wasn't that just purple covers? I got two purple covers from that making him 1/1/3 but he was 1/1/1 before I got those. Maybe I am confusing the first and second unstable ISO events.

Just started, the first two slots are 50 HP each, next two are 100 HP each, then it ups from there. None are bought with ISO. I've been through the Hammer missions and was forced to use 50 reward HP to buy a cover, so there goes buying a slot with that 50 HP. Also the final beginning Doom mission forces you to spend 50 reward HP on a cover as well...

Since I just started tonight I can't say what the cost for slots used to be, just that now it takes all HP. I'm at 7 slots now and they all cost HP. I've got 25 HP left, trying to get 75 more to buy slot eight.
