i cant win the rag ones anyway all my leveled 3 stars are not lightning round buffed ones and the competition is too fierce for mag/rag:

edit: managed to tank my way to #26 with like 8 yieldings in a row. and get a doom. at least its not loki.

So this was the week. Planned get those Magneto covers missing. Tanked for awhile and managed to get them.. Yay!

...next round though... DEAR GOD!! I've never seen so many high level Rags (+other 3*) teams. I had no idea there were so many players with leveled villains! Literally every second team had lvl100+ Rags, and nearly all had at least lvl50.

My puny lvl74 Magneto gave up a decent fight, but was ultimately humbled... You'd need a bazillion health packs to keepup...

Where do all these players come from?! Have they always been there, and I've just, till now, been in too low brackets to ever encounter them?

This past week or so I've been wondering some of the same. I see teams with really high leveled villains from names I've never seen at the top of brackets. I suspect we'll see a lot more of the same very soon, too. We are quickly approaching the point where large swaths of players will have 3 maxed 3 star characters (even with the FB ISO nerfs recently.)

I'm just shocked that so many people can have max rag, max spidey max mag already. How long as the game existed? I started playing this during the Thor tournament that was before the villains 2 stars were buffed.

Well if you look at the from the whale player's perspective, lightning rounds are basically for them.

They're not going to spend a billion dollars to make the ultimate magneto/rags team and then play over the course of an entire week for some inferior 3* when they can just dominate a 90 minute lightning round. So that is why I think you don't see these crazy teams during the weekly events. The weekly events are not targeting the rich people with no time.
