I’m pretty sure their plan is to get 3 6s out on a 4 week cycle which is on an off week from normal releases. Then later slot them into the normal cycle but only every few months.1 -

If you pair her with Mephisto she will be doing extra damage because he will reduce the healing2 -

No it does damage and then does additional damage that heals so it's only the second instance of damage that heals which fuels her other ability (and would also be good with Mephisto I think)3
