No it does damage and then does additional damage that heals so it's only the second instance of damage that heals which fuels her other ability (and would also be good with Mephisto I think)3 -

Yeah it’s a bit of a weird setup. Net neutral damage from the extra hit she deals. But it’s all to fuel her green by giving enemies burst health, so she’s not a total dud and relying on enemy team co…1 -

She went from like a 19/10 or 20/10 to a 9/10. Now instead of effortlessly murdering enemies 300+ levels above her while you do something else, she's just...a pretty strong 4*.3
