Agreed, 5* Kingpin is a tough PvE opponent since his buff but honestly Bolt's numbers are just so very sad and I think he is much more easily fixable than Widow who has drawbacks on every single…1 -

I think the late release on info on new 5* is partly on purpose - they really don't want players having time to build out the feeder characters to get more covers and shards on day 1 release.2 -
