Charged tiles are special tile, but I believe they are neutral special tiles. Red Skull cares about friendly and enemy special tiles. 4-Gamora and 3-Gwen care about any special1 -

I feel like it depends how the power is coded. Charged tiles should be neutral, similar to Chasms abyss tiles. So I would imagine Gamora's power is probably coded poorly "is purple tile not…2 -

Didn't get the ascended Milea unfortunately, however I did end up receiving 20+ 5* Ghost Rider covers so I'm happy with the overall results this season.3 -
