Any is probably a bit of a stretch. I don't think players who enter 5* play with Gwenom will be happy with her zero match damage. But yes, I generally agree.1 -

He's a 4*, so pretty much the only categories for a 4* release to fall into are 1) Works with Polaris (the meta character in 4* land) 2) Counters Polaris 3) Can be used with a 5* (America, Death Lok)…8 -
