Base 4* Starlord's Red costs 8AP Base Cloak & Dagger only makes 3 tiles.3 -

I know you guys have a "budget" for 5* powers, but I think you need to increase that, especially with ascended 4* being so much better. Most of the 5s this year have been very underwhelming…9 -
