I think Punisher -> New -> Cable links the new character to both a soldier and a cyborg, which fits with the "more than human" clue and the guess that it could be Deathlok.7 -

Is it too late to make Silver Surfer immune to Airborne along with Stun? Seems silly that a character of Silver Surfer's lore can get sent "airborne" - I mean, he flies in space.5
