Update 3* feeders

I decided to make my own feeder spreadsheet since most of the ones that can quickly be searched for are out of date.  From that I came up with this list that should be updated:

All 3*s feed two 4*s except:
Blade (Daywalker)
Bullseye (Classic)
Daken (Classic)
Daredevil (Man Without Fear)
Docotor Doom (Classic)
Elektra (Assassin)
Iron Fist (Immortal Weapon)
Luke Cage (Hero For Hire)
Mystique (Raven Darkholme)
Psylocke (Classic)
Quicksilver (Pietro Maximoff)
Sam Wilson (Falcon)
Sentry (Dark Avengers)
She-Hulk (Modern)
Storm (Mohawk)
The Hood (Classic)
The Punisher (Dark Reign)
Thor (Modern)
Vision (Android Avenger)

And there are 5x 4*s who have double feeders:
Elektra (Unkillable) - Daredevil (Man Without Fear) & Elektra (Assassin)
Jean Grey (All-New X-Men) - Angel (All-New X-Men) & Beast (Classic)
Star-Lord (Legendary Outlaw) - Gamora (Guardians of the Galaxy) & Star-Lord (Peter Quill)
Wolverine (X-Force) - Colossus (Classic) & Wolverine (Patch)
X-23 (All-New Wolverine) - Daken (Classic) & Ragnarok (Dark Avengers)

If you were to update them, I would suggest announcing the coming update a week in advance and stating that covers/shards will not be given out retroactively and that players should hold off adding champion levels if it is a concern to them.
