Is there a list of what 4* Champs reward which 5* shards?

I was looking on the wiki and it has a list of characters that give certain shards but it doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. None of the 4* characters from the past year or so are listed. I have enough covers on Ikaris to get him to level 280 as soon as I pump enough ISO into him and I'm just curious what reward is going to be waiting for me when I get there.

Seems likely to stay that way unless they go back and change the rewards for some of the existing 4s or start releasing more 4s then 5s.
