[Investigating] Whale Event NOT Working Properly

Dejavu. Here we go again.

Instead of not being able to advance, there's no game background displayed, just the info.

I already lost a life trying the battle, but there is no battle.
This is also happening to other people in my Alliance.

    Can you both try force closing the application, restarting your devices, and then relaunching? 

    If you continue to have this problem, could you please submit a ticket to Customer Support with the make, model, and operating system version of your device along with a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

    That did not seem to work. Still a blank screen when opening event.

    I will submit a ticket.
