Waves not finishing when last character is down by chavez

With the latest run of the 7 day Enemy of the state event I've had this bug happen to me twice. When I down all the enemies of a wave, the next wave would not come up and would sit there until I made a move against nobody and then the next wave would come up. It was especially a nuisance because i had critical tiles on the board. The second time this happened I noticed that the last enemy of the wave was down by America Chavez "ticket to the multiverse" trap tiles went off from making a match 4. Kind of random for me to be able to reproduce to confirm
