    Well technically they are on Ravnica together at some time during WAR.

    But personality wise they would probably be allies rather than enemies.  They both like staying neutral in things and observing.

    I think Tamiyo vs Brokhan would be an awesome Duel Decks idea, even if it doesn't make a ton of sense thematically either.  Just a ton of nasty tricolor decks running amok.

    They're Announced at the top of the Deck Strategy & Planeswalker section. I usually move them to the Planeswalker Details section, once it's been Announced for at least a week.

    @FindingHeart8 That's....very odd. I unannounced and then re-announced the two threads in the Deck Strategy & Planeswalker section. Perhaps you can see them at the top now?

    As for the 3.4.1 Release Notes, do you only see the Planeswalker images and lore snippets in the main post or does it appear to you like there wasn't any update at all?

    The links in the 3.4.1 release notes posts are present (they look like this: "Check out her/his full details HERE")
    The posts with Ugin and Tamiyo's details are present, in the MtGPQ Deck Strategy & Planeswalker Discussion section.  They're not in the MtGPQ Deck Strategy & Planeswalker Discussion/Planeswalker Details section.  All of the above matches what Brigby said already.
    The new PWs are also on the wiki, for anyone who finds it easier than navigating the forums...

    It's really strange, it must be me I guess.  Is anyone else using an Android?

    The links are just appearing as bold text, no hyperlink.  Though Volrak's wiki links are still displayed as hyperlinks

    Might be settings on your side. Ios and the links under the pics work fine. Also navigating to the plainswalker forums worked wonders for directly accessing ugin and tamiyo
