My list shows that the next Classic after Phoenix is Cap (Infinity War) so maybe - maybe - they wanted to end it with him so they skipped two Latests to sync that up. Making Phoenix essential on 5/19 allows them to run Cap on May 23 for the last PVE, since they like to stick to their order once it's established (interruptions/repeats aside).Could they have planned that? Because that would actually be cool for reasons obvious to anyone who's seen the movie.-snip-

Otherwise Civil War is simply just chaos.

Otherwise Civil War is simply just chaos. Usually, it wouldnt be an issue anyway. If this were a normal boss event all you'd need to know is when its coming, you do it, you get what you get, you use what you earned in the next one. Knowing webbed wonder details, you could figure out what you get (3*Grocket, 4* Xpool) even if there is no sepetate info. But civil war is special, because it offers a choice. However, that is not an individual one, but one the entire team has to make. Together! And a global team takes time to make such choices!!
