Teferi's second ability [Investigating]

When you use Teferi's second ability, you gain an extra swap. After you make a swap, the game waits for you to use your extra swap, but there is no text to tell you that you have an extra swap, as there usually is when you have extra swaps.

    I play Teferi pretty rarely and every time I use #2 I sit there for a few seconds wondering if it froze lol.
