When will HFH 4*s be the 2nd cover?

It started with both Iron Fist and Luke Cage.

This announcement was from when they first started the store, when the 4* offered was tied to the daily Behemoth Burrito rotation. There were also two different price points (2,500 or 3,600 HP). The more expensive option came with more resources. They changed to the universal 3,600 HP price about a month later.

It was about a month after that when they announced the rotation would switch to be tied to the Crash rotation instead. This started with Hulkbuster, so I'm assuming the cover being offered will change when we get to Hulkbuster, which should be March 24.
