So, I periodically have my account wiped out, and Puzzle Quest loves to throw me back to Nissa's Tutorial. 

This happened again today for the umpteenth time.

Disgusted, I opened a support ticket, and, admittedly, expected the worst... that I would be waiting for days to have my account restored.

I was wrong.

They had my account restored in thirteen minutes.

I know we have all had frustrating experiences, and some of you may be going through one right now, but I wanted to express gratitude to the support team for their quick response and turnaround.

    that's wonderful to hear. my recent experiences with customer service is postive too. I have zero complaints and only compliments for them as reflected in my ratings for them. keep up the good job.
