    I doubt that very much. Look at the event decks, for example... we told them there was no reason for us to waste resources on deck slots, and so they screwed us to try and get us to spend resources on deck slots.

    Only that itritated me to a point where I don't want to use my resources on those slots anyway, prefer to up my PW roster.

    A more logical explanation would be that thread asking for event decks to persist across events and they screwed it up in implementation, making it persist within same event instead. 

    But sure, let's go with the explanation you pulled out of thin air.

    I was asking for some deck persistence in an event
    such as totp where there are no secondary objectives.
    it would then be giving some attention to detail and
    realising that in such a scenario players are likely to
    only ever use their same best deck for that colour
    requirement. having converted most of my free decks
    slots to standard, it was then a nuisance to recreate
    the same deck that I've successfully used in the
    previous node.

Especially using it as an argument that it can't be THAT bad, if people are still willing to work for those companies. Reminds of the grown up child who complains to his parents that they rarely listened to his needs and they say "Well, you should have said something!"

    My point is, things are exactly the way the powers that be want them.
