Game hangs at Login

in MtGPQ Bugs & Technical Issues
The game keeps hanging at "Logging in". This happened after I had an error whilst trying to continue an event. I kept getting an error message so I closed the app. Upon loading it again, I got stuck at "Logging in" and now it won't get past it. The circle continues to spin but nothing happens.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.

If anyone could assist I'd be grateful. I haven't tried reinstalling because I don't want to lose my progress.

    Same issue for me. since the 4th.  Sometimes when i am trying over and over, it will kick me to a login with facebook screen and then i click the login button and the app loads.

    So it appears there is an issue where you are not currently authenticated to FB, but the MTG app doesn't give the error to force you to re-authenticate and it just spins forever in the loggin in screen.

    Hi Everyone. If you're having issues with logging in, then I'd recommend sending in a support ticket. Customer Support can take a look at your account, and identify what's causing the issue.
