Can you let us configure our own AI's in PvP?

Obviously the main erk everyone has about this game is how the AI Sucks, but granted, increasing the difficulty of the AI will just make everyone rip their hair out from that constant L shaped criticals the AI missed. So how about we get certain tactics that we can assign so that the AI focuses on those instead?

Like say we choose which 3 prominent colors we want the AI to always go for if available, or wether or not to rush ahead and always use any AP skill once available or hold on to it and use it on the most damaging skills AKA high cost AP's

At least in this way it would make the game more fun, because you get to fight different kinds of opponent strategies rather than just different characters but same tactics and would help with the frustration that we can't choose a defending/assaulting team.

Opinions from anyone?

    I remember a browser game a couple years ago which allowed you to do that. I don't remember the name, but you had gladiators fighting in the arena and you could configure how they would behave. It was fun. As for MPQ, until the last update it didn't even include respec which, as it was proved, was ridiculously simple to implement so I doubt we will ever get this feature. The game is too shallow for that level of complexity and the way it is build is probably preventing this from happening.
  • But it would be nice to hear some feedback whether people want such a thing and if so maybe any developer input on this matter? Yes it would be a bit difficult to implement, but it would help the game tons.

    This game is competitive, meaning people have to lose, and HARD sometimes. As such, they need to keep the AI the same for everyone.
  • Good Idea.
    Someting like X-men "Danger Room", where player can simulate battle with any of his roster's heroes vs AI team.

    Add specific settings in "Danger Room":
    1) set number of team members for both sides (1-2-3);
    2) set for AI team any heroes or pve enemy such as maggia, hammer, brotherhood and etc., which player already encounter or have in roster. Also add random button for any team member;
    3) set level and cover for AI heroes and pve enemes;
    4) set any battlefield, which player already encounter;
    5) on/off Environment tiles on battlefield;
    6) set boosts for both sides, whith player already open;

    "Danger Room" rules;
    1) no boosts profit or expenses (it just simulation battle);
    2) simulation battle don't effect for player roster (no healh damage or recover such as many people doing in prolog missions);
    3) no iso profit or expenses;
    4) no MMBR affects;

    Why this room needed:
    1) Player can test his/her team for offense or defense;
    2) Players can simulate any pvp or pve battle;
    3) Players can create any intresting battle;
    4) Players can fight vs random AI enemy (free battle);

    This sounds like too much of a pain to be worth it. I would be okay with the ai learning how to do 5-matches... it would make the game more strategic because you'd have to plan around the AI picking up on any openings you leave them.
