Stuck notification counter, iOS 7, iPhone 5

My game seems to have a permanent notification. After clearing out all notifications in the notification center and opening the app and playing for a while, still the red bubble with a lonely "1" persists. Any fix potential?

    I eventually disabled the badge app icon in settings. No red number for you!
