Ingest not triggering

Got a deck running Fathom Feeder and Grip of Desolation, and neither of them are performing the ingest when the trigger is met. It's making the Blight Herders rather weaker than they should be....

Anyone else experiencing this?

    I noticed ingest not triggering on the scour from existence in the current fateful showdown against a boss but working on another.

    The reason I can think of could be that it does not work(anymore? Cause I am almost sure it did) if the opponent has 2 or more colors at equal as top colors(like kiora and Sorin for istance).

    Needs confirmation.

    Yeah, just did a quick battle with the same deck and there it worked fine, so it's not even consistent across the game!

    IIRC, Scour from existence did Ingest even when against dual-colored planeswalker, however I'm not sure which colors are chosen to be ingested.

    It is colorless opponents (both from events and story matches; even if they have a mana bonus for just one color) that Ingest (and Sylvan Scrying) seems to have no effect against.
