    Could we have an equivalent post for Gone for Christmas?

    I know that there's usually hardware support cover for any server outages, but will anyone be available if there are event configuration issues? You know the kind of thing, scaling accidentally dialled up to 11, a new event that's unbeatable, seeing only the same 4 people in your queue over and over again...
