Odds in Color Card Sets vs Block Sets?

Made the really dumb decision today to buy a box of the blue cards before it expired. Looked through the card inventory and there were a lot of cards in there I could have used.

Received exactly 1 rare in the entire box, no mythics. And the rare was the auto-included rare to boot. I've never had a box anywhere near that bad before.

What have been other folks experience with these offers? Did I just get an unlucky set of packs, or do these specialty card pack offers have lower odds then the block packs do?

    While I haven't noticed a difference between block and color sets, it does include a post from a moderator about there intrest in drop rates. It's also got alot about individual drop rate experiences.
