Pia and Kiran Nalaar and Turn Against

I was playing against a Pia and Kiran Nalaar card and I used turn against on it for a turn. When the computer reclaimed the card, it summed 4 thopters, even though they had a full field. Is that normal or a bug?

    It's "normal" in that the game will always trigger "when entering the battlefield" effects after a stolen creature returns to its owner. Should it be this way? Probably not.

    Right, but the summoning thopters even though he already had 3 creatures out is a different, interesting wrinkle.

    The "enters the battlefield" effects re-triggering is at least consistent for all creatures in the game, but I don't think there should be any way to get four creatures out for longer than the end of turn.

    What I found odd was that the thopters didn't summon when Pia first entered the battlefield, because there already was three creatures out. So no room. However when they cam back from my turn against, the thopters did summon. Not consistent.
