Devil Dino was released in conjunction with the first anniversary. He was available in anniversary tokens you got each day/won from PVP and lightning rounds. Thor was available in-game at the same time, but only in the form of a loaner for lightning rounds during the anniversary so we could preview her. She wasn't available to win until the events after the first anniversary wrapped up. Elektra came a bit later as the leading edge of the ramp-up in 4* releases.

I wasn't contradicting you, just expounding on Devil Dino and Thor part of what you said (since Thor's release was done a little differently to promote the new comic at the time) for the benefit of anyone who wasn't playing at the time. (Technically, Devil Dino was added in December 2013 the first time The Hunt ran, though he was non-recruitable and only had one power. But I can't recall if he was classified as a in that incarnation.)
