Speculation and Concepts
I feel like the
characters are seriously depreciated, especially when the ladies are concerned! No matter, for I shall be your host on tonight's exciting program: "ASGARDIAN CATFIGHT"!!!
In the red corner, we have Lady Sif, the Female Norse Warrior who fought side by side with the Prince of Thunder Thor and the Warriors Three!
And in the blue corner, we have Amora, AKA Enchantress, who has learned the mystical dark arts of Asgard that can potentially rival the Trickster God Loki and has killer looks to compliment her femme fatale aura!
Place your bets, ladies and gentlemen! For we are going to have brains vs brawn, order vs anarchy, and it's going to be the fight for the two stars of this match!
Lady Sif (Journey Into Mystery)
Volstagg's Muscles:
Sif commands her pudgy brother-in-arms to jump in and hold the front lines as she prepares for an assault. Drain both red and yellow AP in exchange for generating Shield and Strike Tiles. For every 3 Red and Yellow AP spent, create a shield tile and strike tile with 80 strength each.
Max Level: For every 4 Red and Yellow AP spent, create a shield tile and strike tile with 320 strength each. If you have more than 10 Red and 10 Yellow AP, combine 3 existing shield tiles on the board into one shield tile and 3 existing strike tiles on the board into one strike tile equal to the sum of the tiles that are combined.
Hogun's Potions:
A warrior's need to rejuvenate back into fighting condition is possible thanks to Asgard's special Elixir of Recovery. Restore Sif's health by 900 points.
Max Level: Restore Sif and her team's health by 1500 points. If you have at least 15 Purple AP, drain all Purple AP so Sif and her team can restore an additional 2500 to their health and stop their bleeding.
Fandrall's Whistles:
By calling out Firehooves, the most trustworthy steed leads the cavalry as they have arrived to overrun the battlefield. Deal 550 damage to the enemy team.
Max Level: Deal 2500 damage to the enemy team and an additional 2000 damage to whichever enemy is in the front. If you have at least 12 Black AP, drain all Black AP to generate Attack Tiles. For every 4 Black AP spent, generate an Attack tile with 175 strength.
Enchantress (Amora)
Disruptive Blight:
Every spell that Enchantress casts upon will leave a poisonous touch behind. Create 4 trap tiles on the board, and if the enemy makes a match with it, they lose 6 AP of a random color.
Max Level: If Enchantress and her team makes the match with the trap tiles, they gain 3 bonus AP of a random color. If the enemy makes a match with the trap tile, they lose half of the AP corresponding to the color that was matched.
Chaotic Chant:
Enchantress shall demonstrate why even the Trickster God Loki is impressed with her proficiency in the mystical dark magic. Convert 2 random enemy special tiles (Attack, Strike, Shield, or Countdown) into friendly 3 turn countdown tiles, and when the timer is up, Enchantress is healed by 800 health per tile converted.
Max Level: Convert 6 random enemy special tiles into friendly 2 turn Countdown Tiles. Enchantress is healed by 1200 per converted tile.
Seductive Kiss:
Amora enchants her lips to enslave whoever is unfortunate enough to touch her mouth to mouth. Target one enemy that will go under an infatuation timer of 3 turns (think of reverse Fastball Special). When the timer is up, activate one of the enemy's abilities that will damage their own team instead of your team.
Max Level: Infatuation timer goes up by 5 turns, but the affected enemy cannot make any matches until the infatuation timer is up. Additionally, when the timer is up, deplete one color of the enemy's AP to zero after their ability backfires against them.
Oh, and in case you don't know who the Warriors Three are, here's a picture of them matching Sif's movepool colors: Volstagg is red, Hogun is blue, and Fandrall is green in the picture

Extremely imbalanced for 2* characters.
But they're fun for 3-4* characters.

I would love to see the Enchantress in game, she's a unique character. Your reverse fastball special idea is neat. When I thought of her as a character in game, I thought of a countdown tile or special tile a la Prof X where a selected enemy player is enchanted, and match damage goes back onto the team. Like playing against Loki, you'd have to tip toe through the board. It wouldn't be overly damaging, but it would be very frustrating.

Ooo, where is Lorelei!
Sif needs here own powerset, she is a straight warrior, Volstagg should not be included!
She does need inclusion, as she has made multiple appearances in Agents of Shield and the Thor movies.
If she comes, it will be as a 4*, but...
Angela, Asgards Assassin may come first.
