    Also, how in the world do Starlord's and Gamora's (or is that R&G's) and Spidey's covers symbolize "Women Of Marvel", other than a female drawing them? There are much, MUCH better variants coning out this month, featuring these characters. I've already bought a few. Son, I am disappoint.

    And the Thor one depicts her as a toothpick, instead of a warrior woman. That will get backlash in and of itself.

    I doubt it'd get backlash since it's a stylistic picture, and not supposed to be a 'realistic' representation. It's an abstract depiction showing Thoress more as an entity than a person. It's more ethereal.

    I love the new IW cover. It's creative, artistic, and a bit disturbing. But then, I am a big fan of Coleen Doran's work when she doesn't have too many gemstone-like thingies in it. icon_e_smile.gif The old one is pretty and I really like the "stopping the bullets" effect, but the anatomy is way off.

    I don't like the Deadpool head cover. The new one is a bit disturbing in a not-so-good way, but I do find it amusing. I call it a net win for the new one.

    Squirrel Girl is apparently unbeatable, I'm sure you'd have no problem taking down a boosted GT with her.

    Going to be stopping as soon as I hit the Thor wall; not going to try to slog through too many battles with her health. Also, is Devil Dino a boy or girl? Devil Dino is never boosted icon_e_sad.gif

    I say this solely because of boosted 4* Thor, but ugh. I may be lowering my expectations for this one.

    I would like these off-model PVPs more if there was a ban on boosting X-Force and 4* Thor.

    Aaargh. I was planning to shield-hop for top 25 when IF rewards came around, but with only two GOT covers I can't help but think that's a lost cause, even in the off-season.

    Can we put that to a vote? I'm with you. IMO the first PvP to aquire a new cover being offseason and having a boosted 4* is a **** move. I like the BOP approach where everyone is same level so use your 4* if you want, and their powers are still just as good, they just don't have 24K HP.

    So not like most of us had a chance at 3 covers, and it's getting harder and harder to stay in top 25 this one I could certaily will struggle to get even 1 cover (which is all good and fine and "fair") but it seems poorly planned.

    And you'd think they'd give out all ladies covers if it's ladies month. Half baked scheme that is going to tick a lot of people off. 3* rosters can take down a GT, but a boosted one? forget it.

    When I view Squirrel Girl's info in the game it says the cover artist is Amanda Conner. The art is clearly signed by Gurihiru though. What's up with that?

    Must be a typo, Amanda Conner did the Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver Uncanny Avengers variant

    LoL I don't even have Moonstone; I had her on ice for more than a year and I sold her 10 days ago since I was never using her. Talk about bad timing. Oh well, I guess I'll get to play poor ol Psylocke. She is the only female character above lv94 and the only times she is better than Punisher is when she is buffed.

    This should be a fun event. You should have made it a girl fight only...meaning no other character could be used unless they are a woman. Love the new art work too. Hope they stick around long after the event.

    I got myself all geared up to shoot for that 1k 4or cover. Then I came to the realization that she will be boosted to unreasonable levels. I daresay it's not even worth the effort. Honestly, do we really need to boost (meaningful) 4* characters at all? I don't know about you, but I wouldn't cry if X-Force and 4or never saw any extra levels.

    Lvl 403 24.4K Health 4Thor. What better way to celebrate women of marvel than to block out 90% of the player base from being competitive. Brilliant!

    On the plus side, Moonstone is beasting.

    This further solidifies the argument that the developers PICKY feel that the Top Tier player should get the best rewards.
