    There is no further point of guessing cause now it is 100% sure it will be Doreen Green - Squirrel Girl.

    Apparently, if somebody could find out she was in the Windows file of the Steam version, she should be released anytime soon.

    Will this update go live in January?
    Will this update need to reinstall again? (twice per month?? icon_mad.gif )
    I am temporarily in China, where google doesn't work, so my game can not update.
    Info with shield cooldowns and Dr.Dooms ability is little confusing, guys... Its already here, don't you know what you put into R68?

    If Squirrel Girl is in fact next (which I 100% support!), may I request this awesome #1 variant cover be used as her in-game cover? icon_e_smile.gif It's SO much more representative of her unbeatable-ness than the standard cover for #1.

    3 hour shields need no more than 3 hour cooldowns.

    Fix that and it will be perfect. Until then, its just frustrating.

    Client updates every two weeks are pretty standard for this game. I hope you're not in China for too long, or it's gonna get really frustrating trying to keep up.

    Yeeeeah, I'm thinking that someone responsible for writing the patch notes that they provide to David Moore to post is gonna get a finger-wagging.

    I admit, I am actually conflicted this time.

    I really like Squirrel Girl, but I hate all new characters in this game because every single one makes the game worse.

    Sad.

    Hi all,

    The info on Shield cooldowns and Dr. Doom's third ability appeared for clarity on features recently added (they went live in between R68 and R69) and for everyone who doesn't go deep into forum discussions. The final notes also appear in-game via the FAQ and are translated and appear across the world on various store fronts, etc., so it's good to have a record of what's what.

    I'll pull them out of the preview as they seem to be causing confusion. icon_e_wink.gif

    How does having cool, new characters make the game worse? Luke Cage made the game better.

    Elektra's weird.

    4* Thor made the game scarier.

    I can only think of a couple of new characters that made the game worse, and that's only because they were awful, and getting their covers meant not getting a better character's cover. But not in general. Adding new characters does not make the game in general worse. It makes it better. It keeps the strategy dynamic. It gives us more to look forward to.

    It makes the game more dynamic at the 3*+ top end, but it slows the 2-3* transition and keeps more players away from that top end.
