I would like to suggest milestone awards.

First maxed one-star
First maxed two-star
Etc...

Reach 10 total ability points on 5 (or all) one-star
Reach 10 total ability points on 5 (or all) two-star
Etc...

First level 50 one-star
First level 85 two-star
Etc...

Winning streaks awarding heath packs.

Awards would be substantial hero points and iso-8
Reaching ability upgrades awards would be Iso-8
Reaching level upgrade awards would be Hero Points (like 500) or guaranteed token for cover not already in posession.

    I think that could be a good idea especially at the start of the game however 500hp is quite a big reward concidering it can be earned multiple times and would most likely be an on going thing.
    Other milestones could be
    Complete prologue
    Unlock X roster slots
    Find your first 4* character
