Can no longer load after update!

Anyone else getting an error message when trying to open the app after the recent update? It tells me failure to initiate immediately after trying to open and says to try reinstalling. I don't want to do that if I will just loose all my chars.

    There is a thread on this in the Bugs forums. Go there, read the stickied topic, and submit a ticket to support, hopefully they will find out what broke.
