Alliance Slot HP only partial Refund

I've only received part of my Alliance Slot HP refund.

Ok, I started my Alliance and built it up from 5 members single handedly. Before the update I had gotten my alliance to 19 members. Initially I received 1900 HP for only my 19th slot which was purchased in October. This Thursday (11/13) after work I received another 1800 HP. That leaves another 13800 HP I spent on Alliance Slots that I'm still waiting to be returned.

I waited to post this till today just because we were told it could take up to 48 hours for all the refunds to process.
