Can't get MPQ to run in English

I'm running MPQ on a PC with both Steam and the game itself set to English, however it will still always be in German (and I like playing games in the original language). This happened today for the first time. Any ideas why?

    Same problem since this mornig, my game is in french while I want it in english (I play on PC - steam).

    Not for me the bug is still here...

    Edit: I have changed location for server download (steam) and it works now...
