Phone died before backup

How can I access my old team if I my phone died before I could link my team to Facebook? I'd been playing for nearly 100 days and spent a little bit of money, so I don't want to start over.

    Open a customer support ticket including the in-game name you were using and when you last played it and they may be able to help.
