Was an explanation ever given for powers vs strong colors

There are a few character's whose power colors don't not completely matching their strong colors - at least Magneto Classic and LDaken. Was this ever explained? Will it ever be fixed?

    To be fair, no character with only two powers technically matches his/her three strong colors precisely except for Ragnarok. So it's never going to be a perfect fit.

    Or, rather, it could be if every two-power character had damage values like Ragnarok's, but two-power characters are weak enough as-is, so...no.

    Well the 2 power characters could be explained away by "third power is coming! honest! sometime in 2025!"

    So it's the complete characters with mismatched strengths that have me confused.

    Pssst. . . . .CMags has 3 attack powers.

    GSBW is the same way. Her attack colors are red, green, purple but while green is her strongest attack power, it is a weak match strength.

    Not anymore. GSBW's tile strength now matches her skills.
