    I think that is the tactic I will take. I have the HP for another roster slot, so will collect OBW covers but not use any iso. If/when she is maxed or close to max I will then see how these changes have panned out, and if I feel the iso investment is worth it.

    I agree with what others have said; this is a complete waste. If you are in 2* land then OBW will be tanking purple blue and black and she will therefore take a lot of damage each match. When you are out of health packs you will use your second OBW once, twice if you are lucky.

    Pouring that ISO into punisher or lazy Thor instead will be a huge game changer.
