    Nazgul and I was be in one bracket (first for me icon_e_smile.gif ). He end 2nd. Somebody with nick I_am_Alucard took his leadership literally at the end of the tournament.

    Well done to Otersey, Nazgul and ABastard in the BiG tourney. It was miserable and gave me headaches; those are good finishes.

    Je ne sais pas. People have noticed the news pop up hasn't been coming up. I'd assume that's a sign of delays. Maybe doing last minute preparations for über dąken. I'm aware the accent on the "a" wasn't correct or necessary. I did that for me

    Hey I was as surprised as anyone; seems my MMR wanted me to be fighting 2x maxed 2* paired with loanerCap with my team of Patch / OBW / full-cover Cap buffed to ~90. Cruised through to ~800ish without seeing a 141, and didn't get hit with a retaliation until I was in the high 900s! I was one match away from breaking 1000 a couple of times but the hordes had found me so I had to shield up. 8 hits came in soon after and I have a couple of decent retaliations queued.

    So now I'm left with a shield due to expire a bit over 12hrs before the end of the event leaving me wondering how and when to make my push for 1000+ and if there's a way to do it without shelling out too much on more shields. If it was a cover I wanted at 1100 I'd try a push for that, but y'know Cap yellow....

    I think I might make a push at lunchtime and just go for another 24hr shield and call it a day rather than trying to get multiple play sessions or have to re-up my shield at odd times.

    EDIT: yeah, so I did that - made it over 1000 for the ISO reward and decided to carry on until I got hit - reached about 1060 then got 3 incoming at the same time so I'm shielded again at 976 where I will call it a day for this tourney I think.

    For those who skip notice - Villain tokens were nerfed, they can (and will) give 2* as well now. I'd guess reason behind it is alliance HP rewards.

    Ok, so I wanted to put this up to people that would (I hope) appreciate what I started last Friday. I've been working so much overtime that I decided it was time to reward myself. What you are seeing is the first installment of my half sleeve devoted to marvel superheroes. I started off with my favorite "hero".

    I applaud your commitment, tattoos are too permanent for me. Even if I cared about anything that deeply I'd be too scared to do it

    P.S. Because of the accident at the power plant, I sat the whole day without electricity. It was restored only two hours before the end of the championship. So I physically couldn't rise higher. icon_e_sad.gif My bracket was very crazy. 10th had 850 points! icon_e_confused.gif

    I got hit for -7 pts before I went to work. I looked at the roster and their max character was a lvl 50 ironman. This team apparently, magically took down my 141 patch, bp, and 125 (including buff) cap. Mstorm must be better than I remember

    Anyways, I went to smack them back for an easy 40+ but they didn't show up in my retaliations. Maybe they got sandboxed? I demand those 7 pts!

    No hard feelings; not my best showing either. Between work pressures and the European end time, I was well off my usual pace.

    We still picked up our alliance payouts, and that's what matters.
