I just cashed in a few LL tokens.

I got zero 4* and 5* shards for my favorited characters.

Anyone else having this issue?

    Same here. Tested a Heroic. No shards received.

    Checked my faves before and after.

    Triple confirmed. And it definitely worked earlier today when I opened them, like at 5 PM Eastern time or something like that. So this is a change within the past 5 - 6 hours.

    I've put up a post in the Bugs channel... That I am about to update because our dev literally just told me he's got a fix going out shortly that should fix the issue.

    It does seem to be fixed now for me and others. You may need to restart if you haven’t already.
