[Resolved] Reports that Shards are not being received from Recruit Hero Packs

Fix has gone out live.
What happened? Basically this:

Hi folks,

As the title says, we're investigating this issue currently.
We believe (based on your reports) that it began occurring ~3 hours ago.
It seems to be affecting all Vaults in that tab.

We will update you as this progresses.

    You will get bonus shards.
    However the "guaranteed" ones are not guaranteed.

    So when I opened 100 earlier, I thought nothing of it, because I got bonus shards.

    EDIT: Verified that rolling back to 338.715373.0.338714755 fixed the problem.
