I want to thank you for your help yesterday. They contacted me through the app and unlocked it for me.

However, unfortunately, today, Saturday, it’s locked again. That’s three days I and others missed out on LL tokens. I’m not asking for a reimbursement here of tokens. I know you guys are trying to correct the problem and I appreciate what you do. I’ve worked on a developers end decades ago, so I understand your issues. Thank you for all your help.

Wasn’t it pretty much always once a week?

From my POV, I always thought it was and when you beat it, it was a red checkmark to show that it was completed.

I get changes to make something better, but I have to be honest, it was perfect IMO the way it was before.

Either way, thank you, Alfje, for all your help and clarifications. It helps to make it easier. Especially when they don’t close the ticket in the app, so you can contact them again in the future with any issues. I’d rather not have to contact you all the time to contact them unless you’re also part of customer service.
