Wow the Black is even more powerful here than on the 5* because he doesn't need to go into alternate form. The distance is closer (2 tiles) but it should still run amok on a full or mostly full board.

Finally bag-man will have his day. For the low cost of 17 blue he can lock 5 tiles. Clearly the extra 10 ap cost is worth not having to target special tiles compared to mancha. The era of bagmancha has arrived

I have read Runaways but obviously stopped before this guy popped up so my legit question is: Was that really his comic book accurate outfit? Sort of "Librarian on a Tuesday afternoon"? I mean it is better than his 5* version, don't get me wrong!
