We've just released R49.1 to iOS which fixes one and only one issue:
If you're using an iPhone 4, please update to R49.1. Other users may download the new version as well, but there are no new features implemented in this patch.

- Fixes an issue preventing iPhone 4 and similar devices from playing the game when using iOS 7.1.
